This catalogue positions itself at the beginning of a new age of the poster as it was revised and revived by the counterculture movements of the 60s and 70s. Using the same medium negatively associated with propaganda and advertising, they reclaim the traditional site of Uncle Sam "I want you" into an expression of graphic and modern art, a form of creative protest, and a means for the young community to organize each other and interrupt the masses with silent, psychedelic "Art Eureka," implicating you in the need for change in with "art of total involvement."
