With the stress on the postal service this time of year, best to order gifts as early as possible in order to ensure timely delivery. We recommend placing your gift order before the following dates:

COVID-19 SHIPPING UPDATE
Due to the current pandemic, unexpected delays in processing and shipping may arise.
We appreciate your patience and are doing our best to ship all orders on time.
We offer free standard shipping on most orders within the continental U.S. Domestic orders that require heavy goods shipping are subject to additional fee.
For orders that require heavy goods shipping or expedited shipping, shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Expedited shipping is available only within the continental U.S.
Most of our orders are shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase from our Oakland location. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive it within 3-8 business days of its ship date. We do not ship on weekends or U.S holidays.
We offer worldwide shipping to our customers outside of the United States for a $15-60 shipping fee. International orders that contain heavy goods are subject to an additional shipping fee.
Taxes and duties are not included and are the responsibility of the customer. You will have to pay these fees separately when your order arrives. Duties and taxes are nonrefundable. For more information please contact your local customs office.
We offer shipping to our customers in the United Kingdom for a $25 shipping fee. Orders that contain heavy goods are subject to an additional shipping fee.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We provide refunds on products returned in new (unwashed, unworn) condition with original tags attached within 14 days of receipt of the order. You must request return authorization by emailing email@example.com. We will then send you a prepaid USPS label.
Return shipping is free within the continental U.S. Please only send returns using our pre-paid return labels so that we can track your goods. We cannot refund a lost return that was sent using a method other than our return labels.
Unauthorized returns are not accepted.
If you are sending back a return from outside the U.S., reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the items that you would like to return for return authorization. You will be responsible for all return shipping fees. Pick-ups are not included in this service. Any duties and taxes paid are nonrefundable.
Store purchases must be returned in-store, within 14 days of the purchase, in new (unwashed, unworn) condition with original tags attached.
We are only able to accept returns via the original purchase method. Refunds are credited to the credit card used to make the purchase.
After we receive your return, please allow 2-3 businesses for the return to be processed at the shop before the refund is initiated. It may take several business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. We will send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know that it is on the way.
